Raspberry Pate de Fruit
We weren't allowed to use a thermometer on the
pate de fruit we made today. It's setting overnight so in the morning we'll see how eyeballing it worked out for us.
Nougat
A chewy honey meringue candy with toasted
almonds and pistachios.
