Eclairs w/chocolate pastry cream, Salambos w/kirch pastry cream
& Chouquettes w/praline pastry cream

     Tomorrow is For the Love of Chocolate.  I think it'll be a lot of fun.  We have to be really professional so I wonder if I'll be allowed to take pictures....  And Moms coming to visit this weekend =)
